- Your Order will dispatch within 24-48 working hours / 2-3 business days for all D2C & B2B Customers.
- Maximum shipping time is 48 working hrs. If any customization/stitching in product it will take extra 7 days. Estimated shipping time will 8-10 business days for custom orders to all Domestic & International cusomers.
- If any reason (like: product damage/ courier office close/ any emergency situation at the time of final dispatch) your order is not shipped will inform you within shipping timeline.
- We allow you cancel your order anytime until it has been not shipped. Once order Dispatched or moved to shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refund.
- Delivery time for the products is 5-7 business for within country and 10-15 business days for Out of country. Custom order delivery timeline is 12-15 working days for domestic & 17-22 working days for abroad it may vary depends on country's location.
- We request you never accept if package is in tampered/torn conditions.
- To claim about wrong product was delivered, an unboxing video must be provided showing the package received in proper condition but inner content is different.
- In case of complaints regarding any damage, stain or other reasons, we would require an image of the same for us to examine
