You don’t need to panic if you order any product on our website, but later didn’t find it up to your expectations. Yes, you can cancel your order whenever you want until it has been not shipped. Once order Dispatched or moved to shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refund. For cancellation, all you need to do is enter in My Orders in My Account and click on cancel button against your order or mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our executives will cancel your order and you can get your refund within 24 hrs. Usually, it takes 24-48 working hrs. of cancellation of any placed order and initiating the refund if applicable. But keep in mind that if an order is shipped already, you have to follow our Return/Refund Policy. In short, you don’t need to feel cheated by thinking that your money is gone once you place any order but don’t like it after receiving. Very easily you can choose to return it just by following our return policy soon after receiving and without any complication we will credit the amount of product value into your account. Just in case, if you have ordered a product which don't meet your expectations, we will refund your amount in the form of vouchers / coupon, but don’t worry as you can use it later anytime either in installments or altogether within a year.

If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost (Conditions apply). However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
15 Days Returns Procedure
- Please contact our Customer Service to initiate a return and log a complaint with valid unpacking video.
- In case of a replacement, Customer will have to self-ship the product to our warehouse. We will examine the returned product and notify you of refund as a store credit via phone or e-mail within 24-48 working hrs. You will be able to use this credit on any of your subsequent purchases on fealdeal.com.
- In case you opt for a reverse pickup from our end, shipping charges will be deducted while refunding store credits.
Conditions for return
- Products should be unused.
- Products should be returned or exchanged in their original packaging along with original price tags, labels, and invoices.
- If the product has a gift associated with it, the gift has to be returned along with the product in original condition
- For all purchases where a discount voucher or promotion code is used, the refund amount shall exclude the discount applied
- Product should not be purchased under Clearance Sale.
How long it takes to refund?
After cancellation, another important factor is how and when you can receive spent amount, so here is the answer to your query. Generally, the procedure takes 24-48 working hrs that are counted from the initiation date of cancel. Once the cancellation is done, you will be informed via mail regarding this. However, if you have used Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking as payment mode, we will refund your amount in the same account which you had used for making payment. If you choose to select the Cash on Delivery option, no amount is due to be refunded because you haven't paid while placing your order.

Where do I send my return?
In case of online refunds, it will be credited to the same account where the transaction has been made by the customer. If you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 2-3 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by fealdeal.
In case of COD refund, a store credit will be sent to the customer by E-mai/SMS. The Payee name has to be confirmed by the customer while logging a complaint; else, the refund will be on hold.
In cases where product is returned to origin, if customer has paid online, the product will be reshipped once more. If it is returned to origin the second time, the product will neither be reshipped nor will the amount be refunded. COD Returned to Origin will not be reshipped.
In case shipments get untraceable / lost, in case of online orders, a new shipment will be initiated, but with a few days delay.

If you cancel the order before the product has been shipped, you will receive a complete refund. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will be treated as return policy.
