REFUND process :-

1. Always open the product infront of camera.
2. Do not stitch /or use /or wash the product.
3. You must report within 12 hours from when product received.

4. Send us unpacking / unboxing video without any editing ( Mandatory for Return ).

6. Never send back without consulting/confirm us.
7. After confirmation! Send Back to us yourself or if we will arrange return you have to pay Rs.150 as courier charge.
8. Take a photo while you hand-over to courier boy and reply/send us.
9. Wait till return courier not deliver to us maximum 10-15 days.
   
10. Once your product will deliver, team will check if product will receive same as sent to you & got valid for refund.
11. Team will call within 24 working hrs. & ask for credit account details (Never share your OTP/PIN).
