• Delivery time for the products is 3-6 days and for customized products 7-10 days in INDIA. International orders delivery time depends on country's location.

• We allows you cancel your order before 2:00 PM IST. Once order Dispatched or moved to shipped, it can not be canceled.

• To claim about wrong product was delivered, an unboxing video must be provided showing the package received in intact and non-tampered condition.
• In case of complaints regarding any damage, stain or other reasons, we would require an image of the same for us to examine.

2. After confirmation! Ask for arrange return product or, Send Back to us.
3. Once product will deliver to us you may Exchange or, take refund as in Return policy.

International (Out of INDIA) Order :

• If want to stitching service select there product option (Stitch by Measure) & place your order.
• Our Team will contact you with measurement form or Standard size to make your outfit in your size.

Stitch Facility (takes extra 4-5 Days) :-

We are dedicated at fealdeal to complete shopping experince. Now make your outfit in same look as shown in the image. We will accept stitch by measure size only if your order has been paid. our professinal tailor customize your outfit in premium quality.  

Made to measure process :

1. Our executive will contact & guide you over Call or whatsapp for Measurement or you may call us.
2. Please keep your measurement ready.
3. Thank you for provide measurement now, we handover articles to tailor, it will take maximum 4-5 days.
4. Once outfit will ready to wear, will ship it without any delay.

Please Note :

• Custom stitching service (Stitch by Measure) only on prepaid Order.
• Once product will cut as per your measurement we can't accepts any changes or, it may chargeable.
• We never accept return after cutting or stitching.
